Spent a couple of hours looking for the right recliner. Ivan helped me find just the right recliner/lift chair which was delivered today by ltwo very nice delivery men. Ivan was very knowledgeable about each chair. There is a good variety of chairs to choose from. Ivan was also very patient as l made up my mind. You can find a lot of interesting things at Steinhafels.

Our furniture salesperson, Drew, was very helpful and we felt no pressure while we looked at options for a future purchase. Weeks later after we looked at other furniture store options, we happily went back to Steinhafels for our purchase. Great value and very happy with the overall experience.

This was my first visit to Steinhafels. They had floor lamps I couldn't find anywhere. The sales person Robert Hansen was very helpful. He greeted me quickly and found what I was looking for immediately. He packaged, checked me out, and carried my purchase to my car. All in all, it was a very smooth experience. While I was waiting I looked around and liked the quality of the merchandise. I will be visiting Steinhafels again and I suggest others do as well.

The customer experience was so great for my mattress purchase! Robert, my sales associate, was truly knowledgeable inside and out of all aspects regarding the mattresses. He was super friendly and patiently answered tons of questions as I tested beds of all different price levels. At no time did I feel any pressure to make a decision, the entire process was laid back and relaxed. FIVE STARS!
